Since embarking on motherhood, nearly 12 years ago now, I have certainly changed in more ways than one. This journey changes everyone.
For me, the transformation has definitely been for the better. Prior to having children, my most prized possession was probably the latest handbag that I splurged on for myself.
Now, my most treasured possessions are my memories of the past 12 years. The thousands and thousands of moments that I've captured in photographs over the years, that tell the story of us as a family. The joy, the smiles, the adventures, and even the seemingly mundane moments. They're all there.
I've thought about a few creative ways to display some of the photographs throughout our home. I've also toyed with the idea of putting together photo books, with photos grouped together by the year that they were taken. Unfortunately, I haven't found the time yet to put my ideas into action.
This week, that all changes! The kids are out of school, and my calendar is {mostly} clear. So, I'm taking some time to myself at the new Fujifilm Wonder Photo Shop, in the Flatiron District in NYC. I plan on unlocking some of my digital images from the captivity of my SD cards. I'd also like to do a few fun DIY projects with some of my Instax snaps.
I'm excited to spend some uninterrupted time creatively strolling down memory lane. Such a fun way to spend a few hours while we are patiently awaiting the arrival of baby number 4; she could make her debut any day now!

Just look at this space! Isn't it gorgeous? This weekend, the first Fujifilm Wonder Photo Shop in North America will opened it's doors in NYC!
This fun shop is situated in the heart of the Flatiron district. It's part retail store, part print center, and part interactive workshop. You can browse the latest Fujifilm cameras and accessories, attend a DIY class, or create prints and products instantly from your Smartphone.

The Fujifilm Wonder Photo Shop is celebrating the opening of this fun new creative space, with a giveaway during opening weekend. If you're in the area and able to drop in (July 22 - 24), YOU can easily WIN too!
Entry is super simple. Upon entering the store, you'll be asked to enter your name and email address into an iPad. After submitting the information, the platform will automatically generate a "winner" or "not a winner message letting you know if you've won on-the-spot. I told you it was simple, didn't I!
