After some browsing online and a few simple tweaks to the recipe, I came up with this simple 10 minute gluten free honey garlic chicken wrap. It's a simple, delicious, and healthy meal solution, for when I'm short on time during the week.
Prep time for this recipe is quick! Simply pick up a bag of Tyson® Grilled and Ready® Chicken Breast Strips from the freezer section at Walmart, plus a few additional simple ingredients. You'll have a delicious healthy gluten-free kid friendly meal on the table, in no-time at all!
Gluten Free Honey Garlic Chicken Wrap Recipe
Recipe yields: 4 servings / 4 wraps
Prep time: 3 minutes Cook time: 7 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups ( strips per wrap) Tyson® Grilled and Ready® Chicken Breast Strips
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3 teaspoons Hickory & Brown Sugar Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce (or another gluten-free brand)
- Gluten free corn tortillas
- shredded iceberg lettuce / or greens depending on your preference.
- Ranch dressing (optional)
