The pastel set includes a cake pop stand, a cake pop tray, a mixing bowl, a dipping bowl, shape presses, a cake crumbler, a laminated instructional place mat, and lollipop sticks. The shape presses include a cone shape, a square shape, a cupcake shape, and a circle shape.
In addition to the Bakerella Ultimate Cake Pop Set, a mold set with 3 additional shapes will be sold separately (MSRP$7.99), creating endless design possibilities!
We are frequent bakers in our home and my daughter absolutely loves to make her way around the kitchen. As a soon to be 6 year old (this set is recommended for ages 5+) she was able to crumble the cake and use the shape molds with ease, making this a totally fun cooking activity, minus the frustration! She often becomes frustrated when she cannot partake in every step of the cooking process and with this set that is a non-issue (just bake the cake the night before so your child can create their cake pops the next day with the cake crumbler and molds).
Simply crumble the cake, mix in the icing, press the cake into the desired shape molds, dip into candy coating and decorate to preference. It's just fun, fun, and more YUMMY FUN!
