My Experience with the Wombie
My babies, are not babies anymore ( though toddler's they're still my "babies" :-) So we tried this out on a friend's little one, and the baby was happy in the Woombie, and according to my friend, slept better. I wish that I had known about the Woombie when my little one's were infants! My little rocker man used to wake up every 20 minutes with the startle reflex....I would rock him to sleep and as soon as I went to put him in the crib.....with feet and arms outstretched as though he was falling ( despite my best effort to place him softly without disruption into the crib :-( ) HE WAS AWAKE!.......and to the rocking chair we went......repeat.......and so on.....very tough first couple months :-). This is the answer to that problem!!Because we all know the other swaddle wraps with the velcro...right?! And let me just say.....a small square of velcro doesn't have anything on a disgruntled baby! They will wiggle and wriggle right out! Not with the Woombie! If I am blessed with more children in the future, I will definantly be using this little wonder!
